Atlanta-based Allconnect, Inc., a national leader in connecting consumers with essential home services, today announced that Bob Harris, former CEO of WhiteFence and now the President of the WhiteFence subsidiary of Allconnect is leaving the company, effective December 31st. Harris is leaving to continue his leadership in digital marketing in a new industry and space.
“We respect and appreciate Bob very much and wish him great success as he takes on this new challenge,” said Allconnect CEO, Mark Miller.
“The move is bittersweet for me,” said Harris. “I will miss being a part of the WhiteFence team, but I know because of our recent combination with Allconnect, I am leaving the company in very good hands and positioned for growth and success.”
On November 15, Allconnect purchased substantially all of WhiteFence’s assets through an Allconnect wholly-owned subsidiary. The WhiteFence operations and remainder of the management team will continue to operate as they now do in Houston after Harris’ departure.
