Integration Partners Announces Definitive Agreement to Divest its New York Business Unit

BOSTON, Jan. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Integration Partners (, a leading Unified Communications and Data Solutions provider has announced the completion to divest only its New York business unit to InterCloud Systems, Inc.  The Integration Partners-NY unit served both Enterprise and Service Provider customers and has shown tremendous growth over the last five years.
