WTAS Promotes Six in Los Angeles Including Valuation Managing Director, Eric Garfield

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- WTAS promoted Eric Garfield to its team of 14 Managing Directors in the Los Angeles office. Eric Garfield joined WTAS in 2009 as a Director in the Valuation Services Practice.

Eric entered the field of commercial real estate in the early 1990s and is licensed in several U.S. states as a Certified General Appraiser, including California and Florida. Eric performs valuation analysis and consulting assignments for estate planning, estate tax, financial reporting (ASC Topics 805, 350, 360 and 820), bankruptcy, ad valorem, litigation support and financing. His clientele includes attorneys, accountants, lenders, trust officers and developers. He received his BA at the University of Southern California, and an MBA in real estate at the University of San Diego.

The Los Angeles office of WTAS announced a total of six promotions. The promotions also include a Manager: Haroon Riaz and four Senior Associates: Andrew Beshay, Paul Blinder, Ken Lorenzo, and Nicolas Ruben-Askelid.
