Tellza to Acquire 90% of MatchCom LLC

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 01/06/14 -- Tellza Communications Inc. (TSX: TEL) announced it entered into an agreement to acquire 90% of MatchCom LLC, A Florida company ("Matchcom"). The purchase consideration is $585,000 in cash and the issuance of five million common shares from treasury. Matchcom's (http://www.matchcoms.com) business is complimentary to Tellza's other brands and is expected to contribute $500,000 of profits annually. The transaction is expected to close in January 2014 and is subject to customary due diligence, regulatory approval, and the approval of Tellza's board of directors.
