LAS VEGAS, Jan. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- from ShowStoppers @ CES 2014 -- SkyBell Technologies, Inc. today announced that it will unveil the SkyBell video doorbell and provide live demos for the first time at ShowStoppers at CES 2014. SkyBell is a smart, Wi-Fi enabled doorbell with a video camera and motion sensor that allows users to answer their door from a smartphone. When a visitor presses the button, SkyBell sends a live video feed and users can see, hear and speak to the person at their door from an iOS® or Android® mobile device with the SkyBell app. SkyBell has also been named as a 2014 CES Design and Innovation Award Nominee.
"SkyBell is more than a doorbell with a video camera. It's a smart device with exclusive features that provide users with even more convenience and control over answering their door," said Andrew Thomas, co-founder of SkyBell Technologies, Inc. "We're excited to showcase SkyBell's performance, exclusive features and award-winning design."
The Smart Video Doorbell
SkyBell innovation is in the exclusive features that provide unparalleled performance and control. SkyBell's exclusive motion sensor provides the ability to detect a visitor even if they don't press the button. SkyBell's On-Demand feature allows users to see through the video camera at any time directly from the app. These features put more control in the hands of users, which means more convenience and a better sense of safety.
Exhibiting at Eureka Park at CES 2014
In addition to participating in ShowStoppers, SkyBell will be showcasing SkyBell all week from booth 75600 in the Eureka Park Exhibit at the Venetian (in the Indiegogo Section). Visitors will be able to see live demos of the device and meet with the SkyBell team.
