As noted above, the common stock dividend paid on January 15, 2013, with a record date of December 31, 2012, has been allocated entirely to 2013.  The common stock dividend of $0.20 per share that will be paid on January 15, 2014, with a record date of December 30, 2013, will be allocated entirely to 2014.
