S&P Capital IQ and Trefis Announce Joint Interactive Research Offering

NEW YORK, Jan. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- S&P Capital IQ Equity Research, a leading provider of independent research, and Trefis, a financial and information services technology company which transforms complex financial models into interactive visual form, have announced the launch of a joint agreement making the models of S&P Capital IQ's Equity Research team available to users of the Trefis technology.  The sophisticated design of Trefis graphics display features is now available for approximately 600 companies covered by S&P Capital IQ Equity Research, including the majority of the companies within the S&P 500 index, and will expand over time.

Professional investors can quickly see what drives the model and modify assumptions to instantly see the impact of their own scenario analysis by manipulating a graphical interactive display.
