Aero Management Solutions Introduces Speed-Offer(TM)

New Web-Based Tool Simplifies Aircraft Purchase Negotiations, Accelerates Offer and Response Process

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwired - January 14, 2014) - Aero Management Solutions, LLC (AMSL), a developer of digital solutions to improve the aircraft ownership experience, announced the introduction of Speed-Offer, the first-of-its-kind web-based business aviation program designed to simplify and expedite the process of buying and selling an aircraft. Speed-Offer is equally useful for aviation brokers and private buyers and sellers alike.

Speed-Offer's online interactive self-help format includes provisions for the offer price as well as the fundamental terms and conditions commonly found in a prospective buyer's letter of intent, which buyers can customize. More importantly, Speed-Offer enables sellers to answer electronically with revised terms in their responses. Speed-Offer makes it easy for buyers to initiate the first contact with sellers and for the parties to communicate immediately.

Using Speed-Offer, buyers and sellers can exchange offers and counteroffers as often as necessary, revising price and terms until the framework for a non-binding letter of intent is concluded. Priced at $29.99 for an offer made on the aircraft with unlimited counter-offers, Speed-Offer enables aircraft buyers and sellers quickly and efficiently to reach an agreed-upon price and mutually-acceptable terms and conditions under which they will complete the transaction. For a limited time, users can utilize the code "planeoffer" to use the system free of charge.

Buyers and sellers can be intimidated by the language found in letters of intent or offers to purchase that are provided by a buyer, seller or a representative. Speed-Offer was designed to help first-time and repeat buyers overcome that resistance to taking the first step in a transaction by combining the power and flexibility of the Internet. The Speed-Offer screen shows the offer and counter offer side by side with each exchange message, enabling them to quickly move to the purchase agreement stage. It is also useful to aircraft brokers who may find that buyers are skeptical about terms in a Letter of Intent (LOI) that they may provide. Now an aircraft broker or seller can have the buyer send a Speed-Offer to start the process.

After registering, the buyer enters the specific aircraft information and the seller's email address. Speed-Offer instantly notifies the seller of the buyer's proposal. The seller can then accept, reject, or make a counteroffer on the proposed terms. There is no limit to counter-offers between the parties for a specific aircraft within 90 days of the initial offer.
