Titan Logix Corp. Reports Voting Results of Election of Directors and the Granting of Incentive Options

EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/14/14 -- Titan Logix Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TLA) ("Titan" or the "Company"), an advanced technology industrial instrumentation and controls company, announced today that at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on January 13, 2014 (the "Meeting"), each of the five nominees proposed as directors and listed in its management information circular dated November 27, 2013 were elected as directors. The detailed results of the vote are set out below.

At the Meeting, shareholders of the Company also approved the adoption of the Company's shareholder rights plan ("Rights Plan"). A copy of the Rights Plan has been filed on SEDAR at www.sedar.com. All other resolutions provided for in the management information circular were duly passed.

The Board of Directors approved incentive stock options for the directors and officers of an aggregate of 120,000 shares which are exercisable over a five year period ending January 13, 2019 at a price of $1.28 per share. All options were granted in accordance with the Company's stock option plan as approved by the shareholders on January 17, 2003.
