Choice Logistics, the leading provider of critical service parts logistics, announced today that two new senior-level executives with broad experience in business leadership and supply chain strategies have joined the company. James Adams is now Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing, and Peter Brennan is Senior Vice President, Account Services. Both report directly to the CEO and have been named to the Choice Logistics Executive Advisory Board.
“As we approach a significant milestone in growing the company, we need to sharpen our focus on acquiring and delighting clients around the world,” said Michael Katz, CEO of Choice Logistics. “We are enthusiastic about adding these two seasoned executives, and I look forward to their many contributions.”
Adams will expand sales and marketing in scope and geography at Choice Logistics. Throughout his career, from consulting roles at PwC and Qorvis Communications to leadership positions within Panther Expedited Services, Brunswick and 3M, Adams has helped start-ups, mid-market, and Fortune 500 companies develop winning products, penetrate new markets, and grow revenues. Jim earned his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSME with honors in Mechanical Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Brennan joins Choice Logistics to lead the Account Services organization after fifteen years with UPS, where he rose to Corporate Vice President of Enterprise Accounts for the High-Tech Sector, a $3B strategic customer base. Prior to UPS, Brennan was Vice President and General Manager for the fast-growing Customized Logistics Services division of North American Van Lines. His responsibilities spanned business development, supply chain reengineering, project implementation, and information technology deployment. Brennan is a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross.
In a related organizational change, Chuck Robinson, previously Vice President of Account Services, has been named Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Robinson has relocated to Berlin, Germany, and is responsible for field operations and client services across the EMEA region.
