Daniel Lloyd Joins inContact as Corporate General Counsel

New Legal Executive Selected For His Expertise in Technology and Finance

SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- inContact (NASDAQ: SAAS), the leading provider of cloud contact center software and contact center agent optimization tools, today announced Daniel Lloyd has joined the company as a new officer in the role of Corporate General Counsel.

With more than 15 years of corporate legal experience, Lloyd comes to inContact from PROS Holdings, a software solutions provider where he was chief legal counsel. Lloyd has also previously served as senior counsel for SunTrust Banks and EnterBridge Technologies and as senior commercial counsel for Research In Motion Limited. On January 27, he will join inContact and assume responsibility for corporate legal functions and serve as the principal legal officer and adviser to the executive leadership team and board members. As a business-oriented legal executive, Lloyd will be responsible for corporate governance, acquisitions, international transactions, commercial agreements, intellectual property, and other related legal matters.
