One of the most anticipated tours in the United States and Canada in 2014 is the "PRISMATIC" world tour. The tour is being organized by pop superstar Katy Perry and she will have three different opening acts throughout the four month tour. When the "PRISMATIC" tour heads to the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Capital Cities will be getting the crowd ready for one of the biggest artists in music.

Capital Cities is known mostly for their single "Safe and Sound." The duo was formed in 2008 by two friends from Los Angeles and they first released this single in 2011.  Fast forward to 2013 and the song finally broke out in a major way to become one of the songs of the year. Capital Cities released their debut album, In a Tidal Wave of Mystery, in June and followed it up with the release of their Kangaroo Court EP in December.

Perry broke out in 2008 with the release of her first No. 1 single, "I Kissed a Girl," which introduced her to the world and the world loved what they saw and heard. She followed her debut single with "Hot n Cold," another of her most popular tracks. Those two singles were released from her debut major label release, One of the Boys. The album was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America and sold more than five million copies around the world.

Her second major release was called Teenage Dream, and much like the previous record, was certified platinum by the RIAA, this time twice over. With the help of "Firework," "Teenage Dream," and "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)," Perry sold more than six million copies of the record worldwide. Prism, her fourth album release has already had three singles released including "Unconditionally," "Dark Horse," and her eighth No. 1 single, "Roar." Those songs have helped her sell more than a million copies of the album in the United States alone.

The Air Canada Centre is one of the premiere venues in Canada for sports and entertainment. It is the home of the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League and the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association. The arena has a seating capacity of close to 20,000 fans for concerts and it is likely to sell out when Perry and company make their way there on July 18th and 19th.

Ticket Down has Katy Perry floor, upper level, lower level, and VIP seating at discounted prices.  This trusted secondary ticket website has extended their customer appreciation promo/discount/coupon code KATYPERRY2014 for special savings on any Katy Perry tickets at the Air Canada Centre.
