PALO ALTO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/28/14 -- FLG Partners, LLC (www.flgpartners.com), announced today the addition of a new partner to the consulting and services firm, bringing the number of partners to 23.
FLG's newest partner, Christopher Lowe, 46, is an experienced public company CFO with significant management and operating experience in both public and private life science and medical technology companies.

Formerly, Chris was the CFO of Anthera Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ANTH), where he led its IPO in 2010. Prior to that, he was the CFO of Asthmatx. Inc. (NASDAQ: AZMA) where he led that company towards an oversubscribed IPO before accepting a strategic investment which ultimately led to the sale of the company to Boston Scientific. During his career as a C-level executive, Chris has successfully raised over $500M in private and public financings, completed over $1B in M&A transactions, negotiated over $300M in debt instruments for companies, and has overseen three SOX-404 implementations. Chris currently sits on the Board of Directors of Hansen Medical [(NASDAQ: HNSN) 2006-present]; Pacific Pharmaceutical Services (private; 2010-present); and Career Closet (Non Profit; 2009-present).
