CreditCardForum.com Appoints Ben Woolsey as President

AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CreditCardForum.com announced today that Ben Woolsey has been named President, effective immediately.  In this new role, he will manage all aspects of the website's operations.  Under Woolsey, CreditCardForum.com will continue its mission to serve as a resource for consumers, where information on credit cards can be shared.

Having previously served as the Director of Consumer Research for CreditCards.com, Woolsey brings a perspective gained from his 30-year financial services career.  His experience also includes working for several of the nation's largest credit card issuers, where he developed reward programs for consumer and business card products along, with managing airline and publishing co-brand partnerships

Woolsey is frequently sought out by the national and local media to offer informed and objective commentary on a broad array of issues related to payment cards including, developing industry trends, new technology, security breaches and reward programs. 

Before joining CreditCards.com, Woolsey's previous experience included marketing positions with Bank One Card Services, First USA, Associates First Capital and MCorp.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Arkansas.
