SHELBURNE, NOVA SCOTIA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/29/14 -- Black Bull Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: BBS.H) released the Audited Financial Statements and Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) for the year ended September 30, 2013.
The Company reports a net loss for the year of $192,450, compared to a net income in 2012 of $26,907 or $0.00, per share ($0.00 in 2012). In 2012 the loss would have been $226,957 except for an adjustment to reclamation obligation. There was minimal revenue of $139 ($35 in 2012) as the Company is in care and maintenance. The Company recorded $4,445 ($230,937 in 2012) in non-cash operating expenses resulting in a net cash loss from operations of $196,895 ($201,851 in 2012) or $0.00 per share ($0.00 in 2012).
During the fourth quarter, the Company reports a net loss of $46,996 (net income of $175,354 in 2012) or $0.00 per share ($0.00 in 2012). The Company recorded $4,166 (-$13,722 in 2012) in non-cash operating items resulting in a net cash loss from operations of $42,830 (net income 161,632 in 2012) or $0.00 per share ($0.00 in 2012).
