Chevrolet Complete Care is a new program that is being rolled out slowly to top end service providers like Chevrolet of Naperville. This new warranty program is available to anyone who owns a 2014 Chevy vehicle, save for a few rare exceptions. Overall, Chevrolet Complete Care is making routine maintenance more attractive by covering regularly scheduled work like oil changes for free for two-years or 24,000 miles. Of the top 10 automakers that do any kind of volume sales in the United States, only two other companies offer a program like this. Roadside assistance is also a part of Chevrolet Complete Care which lasts for five years or 100,000 miles.

When the calendar turned to 2014 to mark the New Year, a new law went into effect in Illinois that makes it a primary offense to be talking on or even holding a wireless device. A primary offense means that a police driver can pull over a driver for no other reason, talking or texting behind the wheel. To make it possible to remain in contact with friends and family, the law has a provision that makes it ok to use a Bluetooth device as an intermediary. The Chevrolet of Naperville Service Department has become experts with installing and explaining how these devices work, thus keeping customers compliant with the law.
