This outstanding report probably does not come as a surprise to the many organizations that have used both the HEDD1 and the SniffexPlus. The devices are used by private and governmental organizations, including the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Interior, police departments, airports, S.W.A.T's, E.O.D's and private bodyguard and security companies.

According to information on the company's website, the SniffexPlus is a pocket-sized and hand-held device that is capable of detecting a huge range of explosives, including TNT, dynamite, gunpowder, all nitro-based explosives, RDX and many more. While other products are able to be effective within just a few centimeters of their target, the SniffexPlus explosive detector can detect the presence of nitro (free) radicals within its effective range of up to 100 meters.

"It detects the interference between the magnetic field of the earth, the explosive, the device itself, and the human body which allows the device to penetrate and locate even small amounts of explosives through concrete, soil, and metal barriers," the article noted.

The HEDD1 explosive detection device is a premier Magneto Electrostatic Detection Device, notes an article on the website. It is virtually maintenance-free and is designed for use in all climates. The pocket sized device allows all types of commercial and military explosives—including TNT, dynamite, and all liquid explosives—and it also has long range detection abilities.

"Due to its long-range detection abilities, HEDD(R)1 is a fantastic complementary tool for everyone existing explosive prognosis with K9 or perhaps vapor tracing strategies, as strategic group and proactive measures become possible for the first time within existing resources," an article on the company's website explained, adding that even weapons and ammunition are going to be detected, which makes HEDD1 especially advantageous for virtually every police and army applications, whether standing or mobile.

About HEDD1 and SniffexPlus:

The HEDD1 and the SniffexPlus are both devices that are especially popular in the market of explosives detection. The devices can detect explosives in the 100m range. Both products are unique because they can sniff all explosives, as opposed to being set to search a particular type of explosive-like devices on the market. This is important, as operators never know what kind of explosive searches they are conducting. For more information, please visit hedd-1.com and http://sniffexplus.com

What do a firewall and a fortress have in common? They are no longer strong enough to protect the valuables housed inside. Like the walls of an old fortress, the cracks in the firewall are allowing the bad guys to slip in - unannounced and unnoticed. By the time these thieves get in, the damage is already done and the network is already compromised. Intellectual property is easily slipped out the back door leaving no trace of forced entry. If we want to reign in on these cybercriminals, it's hig...

The term culture has had a polarizing effect among DevOps supporters. Some propose that culture change is critical for success with DevOps, but are remiss to define culture. Some talk about a DevOps culture but then reference activities that could lead to culture change and there are those that talk about culture change as a set of behaviors that need to be adopted by those in IT. There is no question that businesses successful in adopting a DevOps mindset have seen departmental culture change, ...
