gross sales in excess of $90 MM. Since 1994 Mr. Miller has served as
President of Top Shelf Laminated Products, Inc., a fabricator of laminated
and solid surfaces products for the bath and kitchen industry. Mr. Miller
has extensive experience in the manufacturing and marketing of many bath
and kitchen products and is well known for the numerous private label
programs he has developed for Trumbull as well as other industry buying
groups and manufacturers. In addition Mr. Miller serves as a director of:
Material Management Services, Inc., a commodity management company
specializing in the sourcing, procurement, and management of inventory for
industrial plants; Trumbull Manufacturing, Inc., a manufacturer of
specialty products for the municipal and wastewater industries; Private
Brand Organization, a manufacturing and marketing company involved in the
plumbing products industry; and Financial Management Services, Inc., a
financial services company specializing in lending to distributors,
contractors, and consumers in the construction, home improvement, and

Ms. Young joined Packaged Home Solutions in 2006 to fulfill to head up all
Corporate administrative aspects of the Cincinnati Regional office which
includes Dayton, Indianapolis, Louisville and Columbus branch & satellite
offices for Packaged Home Solutions Interior & Exterior operations. Ms.
Young brings excellent hands-on skills of operating a service oriented
business from the view point of an owner as well as working for a large
company that services major home improvement big box stores. Before being
recruited to PHS, Ms. Young has had a broad based background in the
administration and systems of virtually every area of home improvement from
ordering, tracking, confirming, installing and collecting on remodeling
jobs. She was responsible for overseeing expeditors, project coordinators,
and Installation managers. Ms. Young worked directly with Kraftmaid
Cabinetry one of the largest cabinet manufacturers in the world. In this
capacity she managed in house sales reps & outside trademark dealers. She
interfaced with upper management of Home Depot and Lowes on a daily basis.
Prior to the remodeling industry, Young owned and operated Certified Water
Treatment Specialists, Inc. As the chief operating officer she oversaw
all aspects of the operation including Payroll, account-receivables, HR,
dealers, finance, scheduling, receiving, all aspects of installations of
water treatment systems, etc. Prior to that Young owned & operated a
residential and commercial painting company.
Marilyn Harris
Director
Ms Harris is a radio and TV personality, a cooking teacher and a consultant
for the food industry. With a B.S. degree in Home Economics with a foods
specialty and IACP credentials as a certified culinary professional,
Marilyn Harris offers strengths in marketing to men & women who love
cooking in functional kitchens as well as recipe development, flavor gain
and menu consulting. She is very marketing savvy and is an accomplished
and effective media personality. She has a popular radio show in the
Cincinnati area for 18 years and makes frequent appearances in the national
media. Harris has been acclaimed by Cincinnati Magazine as the city's
"gastronomic guru," -- and is Cincinnati's best known cook.
Harris has studied at the prestigious Cordon Bleu School in London, La

of Pierre Troigros, Georges Blanc and Georges Delange in Lyon. She is

cookbooks, "Cooking with Marilyn" and "The Marilyn Harris Cooking School
Cookbook," and "Live! From Marilyn's Kitchen" (all with Pelican Publishing,
New Orleans). She has written a featured food column in the local newspaper
for years and her byline appears often in national magazines, both as a
food and travel writer, and on numerous pamphlets and brochures. Her food
tips can be seen on TV and she is frequent guest. She is featured in radio
and television commercials and it is safe to say that both her voice and
her face are familiar to thousands of listeners in the tri-state area who
appreciate her solid understanding of food.
Ms. Harris is a local spokes-personality that represents Packaged Home
Solutions in the Southwest Ohio market. She also has a working kitchen
inside Packaged Home Solutions' Cincinnati showroom that was designed
specifically at her direction and is featured as the "Marilyn Harris
Designer Kitchen."
