We've looked at slow PostgreSQL queries causing problems and have not been able to find an issue. Dr. Qian currently serves as dean of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management and as a professor of economics at the University of California at Berkeley. He currently serves as an independent director and audit committee member of China Netcom Group Corporation and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, which recently completed the world's largest IPO. Prior to joining the Berkeley faculty, Dr. Qian taught in the Department of Economics at Stanford University and the University of Maryland. In recognition for his outstanding marketing and sales efforts, Kevin Jin, previously chief operating officer and vice president of sales at Vimicro, has been appointed president and chief operating officer, responsible for the company's daily management and operations. Jin co-founded Vimicro in 1999 together with Dr. John Deng, Vimicro chairman and CEO and Dr. Dave Yang, Vimicro chief technology officer. He has been instrumental in expanding the company's sales and distribution capabilities to attract leading domestic and international customers. In recognition for his achievements, Raymond Zhang, previously vice president of marketing of Vimicro, has been promoted to senior vice president and general manager of the mobile multimedia business unit.
