U.S. Premiere of "Voice of the Persian Gulf" Maestro Shardad Rohani Concert Orchestra

At UCLA Royce Hall on Sunday, February 23rd at 8 PM Featuring the Sinus Persicus Suite

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/05/14 -- VOICE OF THE PERSIAN GULF with Maestro Shardad Rohani Concert Orchestra will have its U.S. premiere concert on Sunday, February 23, 2014 at 8 PM at UCLA Royce Hall featuring pieces from the "Sinus Persicus Suite" and the "Persian Garden" albums; a collection of the most recent compositions by Maestro Shardad Rohani. The concert will also feature special guest artist Usha Kapoor, a 19-year-old violinist, as well as a 110-piece orchestra and choir.

"The Sinus Persicus Suite is a musical representation of the rich culture and history of my homeland, Iran," said Maestro Shardad Rohani.

Past performances of the Sinus Persicus Suite were received with rave reviews. These include performances with the Tehran Symphony Orchestra and Choir, the Prague Symphony Orchestra and Choir, and the London Symphony Orchestra and London Voices.

"At the beginning of the world there was a walled garden, known in old Persian as Pardis, or Paradise. Persian Garden is a celebration of that memory; an invitation to a soothing respite by the cool running waters and shady trees of Pardis, where the nightingale sings its song to the rose and the beloved."

Tickets to the performance are $85, $65 and $45 and are available via Ticketmaster or local retail outlets in Southern California including Music Box and Ketab Corp. (Westwood Blvd.), Woodland Hills Market and QMarket (Valley), as well as Super Irvine in Orange County. Limited discounted student tickets are also available in person at the UCLA Central Ticket Office at $25 with Valid Student ID. As the world moves from DevOps to NoOps, application deployment to the cloud ought to become a lot simpler. However, applications have been architected with a much tighter coupling than it needs to be which makes deployment in different environments and migration between them harder. The microservices architecture, which is the basis of many new age distributed systems such as OpenStack, Netflix and so on is at the heart of CloudFoundry – a complete developer-oriented Platform as a Service (PaaS...
