GeoPark Limited Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Shares

SANTIAGO, Chile, Feb. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- GeoPark Limited ("GeoPark") announced today the pricing of its initial public offering in the United States of 13,500,000 of its common shares at a price of US$7.00 per share.  The common shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on February 7, 2014 under the ticker symbol "GPRK." GeoPark has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 800,000 additional common shares from the Company at the public offering price.

J.P. Morgan is acting as global coordinator and joint bookrunner, BTG Pactual and Itau BBA are also acting as joint bookrunners and Scotiabank / Howard Weil is acting as co-manager for the offering.
