QTS Declares $0.29 First Quarter Common Stock Dividend

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Feb. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- QTS Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:QTS), one of the nation's largest and fastest-growing providers of data center facilities and managed services, announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a cash dividend of $0.29 per share on its common stock for the first quarter of 2014. The $0.29 per share dividend is payable on April 8, 2014 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on March 20, 2014. This compares to the fourth quarter 2013 dividend of $0.24 per share, which was pro rated for the time period QTS was public during that quarter.
