This IDC study analyzes survey data from over 1,100 business and IT decision makers whose organizations are currently using cloud or plan to use cloud within the next 12 months The data shows that these decision makers recognize they still have a long way to go in terms of adapting IT management skills, processes, and technologies to be able to effectively implement and operate complex, hybrid IT environments spanning public cloud, private cloud, and legacy systems.
