Etiya, a leading supplier of enterprise software to telecoms operators, media companies, utilities and information service providers with headquarters in Istanbul today announced an extension of its global reach with the launch of a new office in Singapore.
The expansion reflects the growing traction of Etiya's product solutions with tier one telecoms carriers and operators, including Turkey's largest telecommunications service provider Turk Telekom. Etiya's solution portfolio includes Telaura CRM Suite, Questus Customer Complaint Management system, and Somemto, the Social Media Management Tool.
Etiya also announced that Pramod Zachariah, who has extensive experience of working with Asian telecoms operators, has been appointed Vice President, APAC, and will head the company's Singapore office. Mr. Zachariah joins the Etiya team with a remit to design high quality, optimized and value-added solutions for the specific needs of Asia Pacific carriers. He will be aligning Etiya's strategies and solutions with market demand in the region.
