Tech Start-Up DataRaptor Technologies Acquires Rights to Pinney Insurance's EZLifeSales.com Platform

ROSEVILLE, Calif., Feb. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Tech start-up DataRaptor Technologies, Inc. has acquired the rights to Pinney Insurance's marketing, sales, and e-application solution, EZLifeSales.com, in a private equity deal concluded in January.

Rights acquired include the ability to license and distribute both Pinney's front-end EZLifeSales system for agents, as well as the back-end lead management and case processing module CLU (Client Lead Utility).

DataRaptor Technologies intends to merge the two systems into a single platform, while adding valuable resources like social media and calendaring integration, bulk email sending, text messaging (SMS), click-to-call telephony, and additional insurance product categories including annuities, long-term care, disability, health, and home and auto insurance.

"The existing EZLife and CLU platforms provide a proven, efficient way for insurance agents and financial advisors to provide streamlined application and case processing services to their clients. The combined version of these tools will enhance the overall capabilities provided to agents. DataRaptor Technologies plans to release the beta version of the new sales management system, named DataRaptor (DataRaptor.com), in mid-March to a pre-selected group of current EZLifeSales.com and CLU users. A full nationwide rollout is expected by early April.
