GCT® Semiconductor, a leading designer and supplier of advanced 4G mobile semiconductor solutions, today announced that its LTE chip powers the new 4G LTE gateway, recently launched by Cyfrowy Polsat, Poland’s largest satellite TV operator and Internet access provider; and Plus, one of the biggest Polish telecommunication operators. Featuring superior signal reception, this new LTE gateway manufactured by InterPhone Service (IPS), an innovative Polish producer of advanced electronic equipment, and AsiaTelco (ATEL), a leading worldwide provider of wireless terminals and equipment, offers reliable and fast 4G Internet connectivity for all devices at home. The gateway is specially designed to allow existing Cyfrowy Polsat satellite subscribers and other viewers of TV to easily add LTE connectivity to their homes with a simple and hassle-free installation.
