TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/26/14 -- Braeval Mining Corporation (TSX:BVL) ("Braeval Mining" or the "Company") is pleased to advise that it has filed a technical report in relation to the Antamayo Project of Oban Exploration Limited ("Oban"). Braeval is encouraged by the initial results at the Antamayo Project and is hopeful shareholders will approve the announced combination between Braeval and Oban. Braeval anticipates mailing the meeting materials in relation to the business combination in the coming weeks, once approved by the TSX.
The Technical Report on the Antamayo Project was authored by Dr. Stewart D. Redwood, Senior Consulting Geologist to the Company, who is an independent qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure of Mineral Projects.
