Estro Vitantonio Joins North Hills Signal Processing Corp. As Chief Executive Officer

North Hills Signal Processing Corp., a leading provider of data bus and engineering solutions for the military and aerospace market, is very pleased to announce that Estro Vitantonio has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer.

Before coming to North Hills, Estro was General Manager of Pulse Electronics’ Military and Aerospace Division, and has more than 15 years’ experience with defense, aerospace and space products and services.

“We are excited to have Estro join us and assume the lead role for growing our North Hills business” said Warren Esanu, the current CEO. Mr. Esanu will be retiring as CEO effective immediately, but will retain his role as North Hills’ Chairman.

Richard Schwarz, the current North Hills General Manager, is also retiring, but will remain with the company for a short time to assure an orderly transition.
