(NYSE: PLD), the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced it has been named as one of FORTUNE Magazine's most admired real estate companies in the world. Prologis was also ranked as the top real estate company for social responsibility.
The annual survey, conducted by FORTUNE and Hay Group, a global management consulting firm, is given to 15,000 top executives, directors and financial analysts, to identify companies with the strongest reputations. Companies are ranked across nine key attributes of reputation, including: innovation, people management, use of corporate assets, social responsibility, quality of management, financial soundness, long-term investment, quality of products/services, and global competitiveness.
