OMERS Realty CTT Holdings Two Inc. to Redeem $180 Million of Debt Securities

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/28/14 -- OMERS Realty CTT Holdings Two Inc. ("ORC Holdings"), one of the Oxford Properties group of companies, advised the Trustee it will exercise its right to redeem all of its $180 million principal amount of 4.05% notes due May 5, 2014 (CUSIP No. 682145AA5).

The redemption price will include an early repayment premium as well as accrued and unpaid interest through the redemption date (which is expected to be March 28, 2014). ORC Holdings will provide the specific early repayment premium to the Trustee in accordance with the terms of the trust indenture.

Beneficial holders with any questions about the redemption should contact their respective brokerage firm or financial institution which holds interests in their notes on their behalf.
