Bobker will present with a panel of speakers at the Society’s Northern California Chapter meeting being held jointly with global law firm Gibson Dunn. The topic of the presentation is titled “Challenges in 2014: What You and Your Board of Directors Should Expect.” The panel will discuss important regulatory changes affecting public companies as well as communication strategies for public companies to use when engaging their boards, among other topics.
