CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 3, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Summary: The latest data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics has predicted 13% growth in the number of fitness trainers and instructors in the US between 2012 and 2022. Now, leading activewear retailer ActivewearUSA ensures that the professionals are looking their best with the generous Fitness Pro Program discount.
January 2012 saw the Bureau of Labor Statistics publish its most recent data on the employment prospects of fitness trainers and instructors across the US. The report showed that some 267,000 jobs were held by fitness trainers and instructors during 2012, including those based in health clubs, gyms, fitness centres, yoga and Pilates studios, and various other locations.
These fitness specialists have worked hard to gain their expertise in a number of fields, with dance fitness, Pilates and yoga having become increasingly popular over recent years. The analysis from the Bureau of Labor Statistics observed that as organizations continue to appreciate the benefits of health and fitness programs for their employees, incentives to join health clubs and gyms are expected to increase the number of fitness professionals in the US.
A number of health and wellbeing organizations are backing the research and some of the industry's leaders are supporting the data by developing their own incentives for fitness professionals. One of the US's most popular activewear retailers, ActivewearUSA, has launched a special program aimed specifically at professional fitness instructors. The Fitness Pro Program entitles fitness trainers and instructors to receive a 20% discount on the company's innovative and stylish product range.
From the latest fabrics for hot yoga clothes to the most up to date running shoes, ActivewearUSA has something to suit every individual, and fitness professionals can now register to receive the generous 20% discount. ActivewearUSA founder Avi Woolman explains:
"We know that a lot of fitness professionals rely on ActivewearUSA for their clothes and accessories, so we wanted to reward them for their loyalty. ActivewearUSA is passionate about health and wellbeing, so we wanted to ensure that we contributed to the growing awareness of this in America. It's our way of thanking fitness instructors for inspiring people to live healthier and more active lives."
With both individuals and organizations looking to expand their fitness goals, the Bureau of Labor Statistics has predicted a 13% growth rate in the number of fitness trainers and instructors between 2012 and 2022. This decade-long expansion of the industry is expected to contribute to a wide range of improved health outcomes for the US population, something of which ActivewearUSA is proud to be a key part.

Docker offers a new, lightweight approach to application portability. Applications are shipped using a common container format and managed with a high-level API. Their processes run within isolated namespaces that abstract the operating environment independently of the distribution, versions, network setup, and other details of this environment. This "containerization" has often been nicknamed "the new virtualization." But containers are more than lightweight virtual machines. Beyond their small...
