PARSIPPANY, N.J., March 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuing a tradition of earning national and regional accolades for its services and workplace, Solix, Inc. has been named one of the 'Best Places to Work in New Jersey' for the fifth consecutive year by the publication NJBIZ.
Solix, a leading provider of program administration, eligibility determination and customer care services to government agencies and businesses throughout the United States, was one of 38 large-sized companies (more than 250 employees), to make the list of 100 organizations. The award honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state's economy, its workforce and businesses.
This latest recognition builds upon Solix's reputation as an organization committed to excellent service for its customers and a positive work environment for its employees. Other awards the company had received include seven Alfred P. Sloan Awards for Excellence in Workplace Effectiveness and Flexibility, a New Jersey Smart Workplaces Award, a New Jersey Outstanding Employer Award and two AARP Best Employees for Workers over 50 awards. Solix has also earned honors from its customers for customer service excellence and won the Project of the Year Award from the Project Management Institute of New Jersey last year. The survey is conducted by Best Companies Group, a sister company of the publication NJBIZ. The top 100 companies will be honored – and their rankings revealed – at an awards dinner and ceremony on May 1, 2014 in New Brunswick, N.J.
