SAN JOSE, Calif., March 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Explain Everything has been called "The #1 App for Teachers" and it is now available for immediate download to Android* devices via Google Play.
Creators of Explain Everything have announced that the app is now available to a wider audience. The revolutionary interactive white board app has been optimized for Android* devices and is available for immediate download on Google Play.
Created by MorrisCooke together with Harvard and Columbia-educated researcher and teacher Reshan Richards, Explain Everything has taken the educational community by storm. Over 980,000 students and educators have turned to the app both as a dynamic platform for creating and sharing multimedia content and as a cost-effective alternative to interactive white boards. With Explain Everything, even school districts adhering to the strictest budgets can invest in interactive teaching technology.
With the app, instructors can piece together lessons created from the best resources that the Internet and mobile technology have to offer. They can appeal to varied learning styles by instantly importing photos and PDF documents, drawing and annotating them, and by projecting their tablet screens with the app's mirroring technology.
Explain Everything offers a seemingly endless variety of interactive features that spark students' interest and deepen their learning. The touch-screen capabilities of the app and the Android* tablets enable students to manipulate graphics to gain a better understanding of subject matter. With just a tap on the screen, planets can rotate, cells can multiply and evaporation can occur.
Honoring their dual commitment to offer the best technology to every student, the creators of Explain Everything and Intel worked together to optimize the app for Android* devices.
"Intel is proud to support developers in bringing interesting and meaningful Android* apps to consumers," says Lakshmi Talluru - Director, Intel Software Partners and Emerging Markets Software and Services Group. "It is our belief that all students should have access to the best technology available and we remain committed to providing resources and support to innovative developers who share that philosophy."
The Explain Everything app is available now for immediate download to Android* devices via Google Play. To download the app, visit: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.morriscooke.explaineverything&hl=en
