AUBURN, Mass., March 7, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Everybodys Fitness Center (EFC) in Auburn, MA is accepting applications for participation in the health and fitness facility's groundbreaking Total Body Transformation weight-loss program. Everybodys Fitness will select a single volunteer to engage in a life-changing fitness regimen at no-cost.
The campaign has been launched through the group's Facebook page as of Monday, March 3 and the application phase runs through March 17th. The page can be accessed at www.facebook.com/efcfit. To enter, like and share the Everybodys Fitness Center page and Total Body Transformation post and go to www.efcfit.com/tbt to register.
"We have so many people coming to the club looking for help with their weight-loss goals," said Jason Cook, President of Everybodys Fitness. The protocol for the Total Body Transformation will provide the chosen participant with the tools and guidance for fitness and nutrition and ensures transformation through accountability and encouragement.
Prospective participants must need to lose a minimum of 25 pounds, be able to commit to four hours of weekly training, and must be willing and able to follow a supervised nutritional training program.
