The flagship module of the FieldFX product suite is E-Field Ticketing, which streamlines the workflow between operations, field personnel, and accounting by automating the field ticketing process. Field tickets can be created in the office or on location and edited on-the-go. Data such as price books and forms will be instantly available and can be embedded into field tickets automatically. Once the field worker captures the field ticket signature electronically, the data will be available in the office for immediate invoice creation and analytical use.

eForms, Timecards, Business Intelligence and Analytics and the Customer Self-Service modules are the other valuable tools from the FieldFX suite. The eForms module enables users to create a customized form based on their specific requirements while the Job Scheduling module tracks job-related resources, including personnel and equipment, in one convenient electronic whiteboard. This helps avoid common yet costly mistakes such as dispatching duplicate jobs or unavailable equipment.

The Timecards module further streamlines a company's operations, while the Business Intelligence and Analytics module helps companies to report on operational and job information related to services performed, revenue, customer use, and activity by location. Lastly, its Customer Self-Service module helps clients improve their own customer relations by equipping operators with secure portal access to review field ticket data, thereby alleviating issues relating to unsigned or lost tickets.

The FieldFX mobile application is easy to use and offers superior online/offline capabilities and synchronization. These online/offline capabilities empower remote employees to conduct their tasks offline.
