Kaiser Permanente Colorado Ranks Highest in J.D. Power Member Satisfaction Study

DENVER, March 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Kaiser Permanente Colorado is ranked highest in member satisfaction for the seventh consecutive year, according to J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Member Health Plan Study.

Now in its eighth year, the J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Member Health Plan Study measures member satisfaction among 138 health plans in 18 regions throughout the United States.

The study reflects the results of a member survey conducted from December 2013 to January 2014. Kaiser Permanente Colorado received a score of 703---higher than any other health plan in Colorado. In addition, Kaiser Permanente excelled in the following study factors:

  • Cost
  • Customer Service
  • Information and Communication
