BroadcastMed, Inc. announces the expansion of the BroadcastMed Network’s specialty specific clinical content with the launch of the Neurology Channel. The Channel will offer open access to the latest neurological procedures and advances from world renowned physicians and healthcare organizations. Many of the channel’s programs are also available for CME credit.
