Rostock Announces Final Stage of Acquiring the Proximity Marketing Membership Platform, To Power iWeedz

(OTCBB: ROSV) (the "Company") After a month and a half of negotiating, Rostock acquires the full world wide exclusive rights to the iWeedz proximity membership platform technical information and trademarks necessary to commercialize the business. Rostock will compensate 4,000,000 restricted shares and 2% of the net revenues for the acquisition. "The Acquisition of this platform will drastically cut R&D cost and allow us to get to market in a timely fashion. After many discussions with Todd Ellison and with the marijuana market becoming more competitive, we feel this has been a positive move in the right direction to solidify our commercialization of the technology platform and meet the needs of the market.
