According to the Company, the shares were sold at a price to the public of $5.74 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $22.4 million. (NeuStar) announced that the US Department of Commerce has awarded the Company the contract to continue administering the .US Top Level Domain (TLD), the official country code domain of the United States.
