Hospice of Marion County is comprised of four business units that include Hospice of Marion County, Inc., an assisted living center, an equipment and supplies company, and palliative care. In addition to contending with the often complex HCM-related challenges of healthcare, the organization has to manage its differing business units, each with a distinct line of service offerings. Prior to UltiPro, Hospice of Marion County had been using software provided by a payroll service bureau.
