Woodbridge International Continues to Expand Its Global Reach in Sydney, Australia

NEW HAVEN, CT -- (Marketwired) -- 03/14/14 -- Woodbridge International, a mergers and acquisitions firm focused on middle market companies, has expanded its global footprint again by launching its new Australia office. Seasoned M&A professional David Burgess will be leading Woodbridge's Sydney-based Team.

The new affiliation with David will enable Woodbridge to provide a full range of cross-border investment banking services in and out of Australia.

First City Corporate Advisory Services was founded by David and James Taylor in 1996. In 17 years they have handled over 180 engagements -- covering M&A, capital raising, valuations, independent expert's reports and strategy advice.
