1.) Fishing with kids

2.) Gondola Rides
Both North and South Lake Tahoe offer breathtaking views from trams. Not only can parents enjoy the wonders of Lake Tahoe, but kids find these tram rides to be a hoot. Squaw Valley's tram in the Northern region of Lake Tahoe, and on the South Shore try the Heavenly Gondola. Heavenly's gondola costs $26 - $45, and the ride is 2.3 miles. The Squaw Valley tram costs from $10 (child) - $39, and takes visitors to High Camp where they can enjoy numerous activities.

3.) Public Ice Skating
South Lake Tahoe Arena offers guests ice skating fun! Check the website for skate schedule and public skating times. General Admission is $15 for anyone over 6, and children 5 and under are $8. 4.) Skiing in Lake Tahoe
