Accelatis announced today that CEO Jonathan Berry will participate in the fifth annual HUGmn Oracle TechDay with two presentations on optimizing Oracle Hyperion for the enterprise. One session advises attendees on establishing centers of excellence, the second deals with optimizing performance.

(1) Build a Hyperion Center of Excellence with an Automated Help Desk and Knowledge Base. (9:45am)
In this session, Jonathan Berry walks attendees through the process of leveraging the Help Desk to simplify and expedite the support cycle. He will also explore tools and methodologies for building a Hyperion Help Desk. Attendees will be able to see how several Hyperion clients have developed Help Desks of varying complexities. Details are included on the effort that went into developing the Help Desk process itself, as well as the benefits they have received. Also included: how Accelatis software for Oracle Hyperion can help streamline the support process.
(2) Take the Risk and Cost out of your
Hyperion Upgrade. (2:30pm)
Often seen as daunting, upgrading has frequently been facilitated by Accelatis Ascension Suite, which was created to help streamline the Oracle Hyperion Upgrade/Migration process:. In this session, Jonathan Berry will discuss how to:
- Optimize performance
- Prevent and manage migration issues
- Reduce costs and time overruns with Project Task Insight, and
- Reduce risks.
The presentation will explain how to identify which Reports, SmartView Forms, and WebForms to migrate, as well as demonstrate how to perform User Simulations / Load Generation to anticipate performance before users are impacted.
