SAN MATEO, Calif., March 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- SyncHR, a provider of fully integrated HR, Benefits and Payroll software, announced today that Bearence Management Group, an industry-leading provider of insurance and financial strategies, has selected syncHR for its internal human resources system.

With just under 100 employees, the company, like many others, was looking for a single system solution to meet their needs. With syncHR, Bearence will move from separate HRIS and Payroll systems onto syncHR's cloud-based, fully integrated system.

Prior to working with syncHR, Bearence was operating on multiple systems with no integration. This meant double-entry for all actions and changes, creating an extremely inefficient work environment for even the simplest tasks. Dealing with more than one system also meant the potential for errors over time. Bearence's goal is to develop and utilize one internal system with syncHR that will accommodate their HR, Benefits and Payroll needs.
In addition, Bearence will benefit from utilizing syncHR's patented Time Relational Database. The brokerage firm will be able to access point in time reports and answer key business questions that were previously unattainable given the constraints of their prior legacy system.
