Industry Veterans Tina Brink and Nicole Stratton Join the Growing Burnham Team in Sacramento

IRVINE, CA and SACRAMENTO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/24/14 -- Burnham Benefits Insurance Services Inc., a California-based employee benefits consulting and brokerage firm with offices throughout California, recently welcomed two new team members to aid the company's expansion in Sacramento. Vice president Tina Brink and account executive Nicole Stratton are the latest industry professionals to join Burnham's recently opened Sacramento office.

Burnham Benefits is unique in the insurance industry as it is one of the few firms to specialize solely in employee benefits consulting and brokerage services. This has allowed for Burnham's rapid expansion, including the addition of the Sacramento office. Burnham plans to continue its growth with the goal of becoming a leading force in the Sacramento market. The addition of Brink and Stratton in key roles will aid Burnham's goal.

Tina Brink joins Burnham with more than 25 years of industry experience. She will use that experience to bring new business to the Sacramento office and maintain a strategic partnership with Burnham clients. Prior to joining the Burnham team, Brink held executive roles with major insurance firms. With a background in underwriting and 13 years of consulting experience, Brink has worked with clients both large and small, touching on a wide variety of areas in the insurance industry. She looks forward to helping increase the Burnham footprint in the Sacramento area and Northern California while providing exceptional service to the firm's clients.

Nicole Stratton brings more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry to her role as account executive with Burnham. Stratton's background includes working with both fully insured and self-funded clients for national brokerage firms. She plans to build and maintain a strong book of business for Burnham, while also creating strong client relationships.

"We're thrilled to have two wonderful new contributions to the growing Burnham team," says Kristen Allison, president and CEO of Burnham Benefits. "Both Tina and Nicole understand the core Burnham value of developing strong relationships with our clients and putting their needs first. We're excited to add their invaluable expertise to our Sacramento and Northern California presence."
