This is the 12th Annual UNITY Conference which is set for May 20-23, 2014 at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore in Baltimore, Maryland.

UNITY 2014 is the only national CHW conference designed for and about community health workers. The theme for this year's conference is "Community Health Workers – Innovative Solution to Addressing the Triple Aim (Access to Care, Reducing Costs, and Promoting Healthy Communities)."

The conference format will include plenary sessions with addresses from keynote speakers and panelists, as well as numerous breakout, poster, skill-building, and roundtable workshop sessions. Community health workers are strongly encouraged to attend. UNITY 2014 is an opportunity for community health workers to share knowledge, information, and expertise with other community health workers, colleagues, and policy makers.
