The new portal simplifies the ordering process for MaxCS Private Cloud services and provides a centralized dashboard for authorized AltiGen partners to track and manage all of their cloud customers.
The key capabilities of AltiGen's new web-based service ordering & management portal include:
- Ordering of MaxCS IP-PBX and Contact Center services
- Order SIP Services (SIP trunks, DIDs, Toll Free, Port DIDs, etc.)
- Manage and track order status for initial and subsequent service orders
- Real-time view of licenses and services for each MaxCS Private Cloud customer
