Fully redesigned 2015 Chrysler 200 to make its way to Green Bay drivers

S&L Motors makes room in its inventory for the stand-out midsize sedan

GREEN BAY, Wis., April 1, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The ebb and flow of the automotive industry can lead to some vehicles being overshadowed by their competitors or brand family members. This has certainly been the case for the Chrysler 200, which has been consistently outperformed by its adversaries in the midsize sedan class. A redesign has been in the works for the vehicle for some time, and the result will be the impressively sleeker and stronger 2015 Chrysler 200

Earning a stronger powertrain and a more aggressive design, the 2015 Chrysler 200 is promising to be the vehicle it was always meant to be. With tough players in the competitive midsize sedan class, the former 200 fell between the cracks for its modest performance and styling cues.

Adopting the 2.4-liter Tigershark Multi-Air II four-cylinder engine, the revamped 200 will deliver an Environmental Protection Agency-estimated 35 mpg highway fuel rating. When the award-winning 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine is implemented, the sedan delivers an impressive 295-horsepower performance, which surpasses the power of the Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Ford Fusion and Chevy Malibu. Also employing the new class-exclusive nine-speed automatic transmission, the 200 will operate more smoothly despite its speed or power output.

Aside from its powertrain improvement, the 2015 Chrysler 200's appearance is the most obvious and significant modification. While the vehicle's coupe-like design is initially attractive, its contributions to the the vehicle's overall performance are the most notable features. Wind-tunnel-tested for over 600 hours, the 200's aerodynamic exterior will cut through wind seamlessly and efficiently.

Set to launch later this year, the 2015 Chrysler 200 will certainly be adding value to the S&L Motors inventory once it arrives. For more information on upcoming vehicles or for additional updates on the 200's exact release date, contact the dealership online or by phone.
