Inofile announced today that John F. Derr is joining the healthcare technology company as a strategic advisor. With more than fifty years of executive-level experience across healthcare, Derr will provide Inofile with a comprehensive vision of the industry, proven technology leadership and unrivaled insights into the long-term and post-acute care space.

John F. Derr, RPh is currently CEO of JD & Associates Enterprises, Inc., a company that specializes in strategic clinical technology with a focus on Long Term and Post Acute Care (LTPAC). His prior experience includes leadership positions with Squibb, Siemens, Tenet (NME), Kyocera, and MediSpan. Derr was also the executive vice president of AHCA/NCAL and SVP, CIO and CTO for Golden Living, LLC – a $3 billion LTPAC corporation serving more than 60,000 patients.

He also represents LTPAC and Pharmacy as a three-term two-year member of the HHS HITECH Act Federal Advisory Committee on HIT Standards, is on his second term with the National Quality Forum HITAC Committee and sits on four standards committee workgroups. Derr is on the Advisory Board of the Home Care Technology Association of America as well as the NASL and AHCA IT Committees.
